  Case Summary Plaintiffs, two Arizona voters, allege that the electronic system did not count one of their votes, and that the other's ballot was rejected by the tabulator and subject to off-site human adjudication. Plaintiffs seek the ability to cast a ballot that will be counted and an opening of the offsite adjudication process to the public.
