  Case Summary Petitioner, a Wisconsin voter, request\ed that the Wisconsin Supreme Court take original jurisdiction over the case, in which petitioner alleged that Wisconsin's ballot dropboxes and all ballots placed in such dropboxes were illegal. Petitioner alleged that the Wisconsin Election Commission improperly made law by advising counties to establish such dropboxes.
