  Case Summary Plaintiff, a Georgia voter, alleges that people who did not reside in Georgia voted in the election and that there was a low ballot rejection rate based on signature mismatch. Plaintiff alleges both issues arise from the Secretary of State's failure to follow the Election Code. As remedy, plaintiff seeks the decertification of election results.
