Dispositive Ruling(s) 12/04/2020: Order/Ruling, The Wisconsin Supreme Court held that issues of material fact prevent the court from addressing the legal issues presented. Justice Hagedorn, in his concurrence, explains that the petition “falls far short of the kind of compelling evidence and legal support we would undoubtedly need to countenance the court-ordered disenfranchisement of every Wisconsin voter.”
