Complaint(s) 11/16/2020: Complaint filed.
Dispositive Ruling(s) 11/23/2020: Order/Ruling, The court held that it lacked jurisdiction to hear the writ, which was in fact a claim for an election contest. Yet Nevada's election contest statute excludes the federal legislative election at issue in the petition. The court went on to hold that, even if the claim were able to proceed, it would fail on the merits. The plaintiffs invoke a statute that relates to ballot loss or destruction, neither of which has been demonstrated. The court dismissed the case.
