  Case Summary Plaintiffs, Pennsylvania voters, cited the complaint in Trump v. Boockvar and promised forthcoming data-backed analysis to allege that several counties violated voters' Fourteenth Amendment rights by counting "illegal votes." As a remedy, plaintiffs sought to bar results from those counties, including Philadelphia county, in the tabulation of the state's final vote count.
