  Case Summary Plaintiff, Donald Trump's reelection campaign, alleged issues with Michigan's Absent Voter Count Boards. Plaintiff asserted, based on state laws, that Michigan has violated election inspector and ballot challenger requirements in counting absentee votes. Plaintiff asked the court to halt Michigan's ballot count until the Secretary of State allows its inspectors to be present at the absentee ballot boards and until its challengers can review video surveillance footage of ballot dropboxes.
