  Case Summary The Delaware County Board of Elections submitted an emergency petition to allow it to extend the deadline to accept and tabulate mail-in ballots for the June Primary. As of the date of the Primary on June 2, 2020, about 400-500 ballots still had not been mailed out. The Delaware County Board of Elections petitioned the court to allow it to accept and tabulate any of these ballots that are returned by June 12, 2020.
